Slimline me is a health, nutrition and personal training service based within the west coast of Scotland. Our mission is to provide a personal one to one quality service to every client making every screening and session specific to the clients’ needs.
I (Ryan McKellar) have gained a wide range of knowledge of the fitness and health industry through my qualifications within Health and Exercise science. Covering such topics as Advance Nutrition, Pre and Post Natal Exercise and Nutrition, Rehabilitation in Sports injuries, Exercise physiology and many more. I have also achieved a level 3 in Personal training and other qualifications such as indoor cycling, Gym Based Boxing, Circuit Training and first aid.
